Production Times
Our production times vary, but we aim to complete all orders within 7 business days. During busy periods like Christmas, Mother's Day, and the 4th of July, there might be slight delays, but these are not guaranteed. Each product page provides specific production and shipping time information, so you can always check the details for the item you're purchasing.
Shipping
- Standard Shipping Times: Most of our items are shipped within 2-9 business days. Some products may require an additional 5-10 business days for shipping.
- Remote Areas: Shipping to remote areas, such as Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands, can take an extra 7-14 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Standard shipping to the contiguous US is free. However, there is an extra shipping charge for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.
- USA Only: We currently only ship within the USA and do not offer international shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Here’s how we handle it:
- Thoughtful Decisions: Since all products are made to order, we encourage you to carefully select the correct size and style before purchasing. Each product page includes a size guide, and if you have any questions, please reach out to us at Contact Hut.
- Individual Evaluation: We assess every return and exchange request individually. Exchanges are limited to once per order. If an exchange has already been processed, further requests will either be rejected or considered for a refund.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers must pay for return postage. We cannot refund shipping fees that were not free at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand by our products with a "Peace of Mind Satisfaction Guarantee." If you're not happy with your purchase, we will work with you to find a solution. Please note the following:
- We will refund the cost of the item but not the shipping fees if they were not free.
- Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item in its original condition.
